General conditions (CVG)

Using our website and purchasing products or services on it automatically confirms that you accept our terms.

1. Account creation.

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you provide when registering on the site.
  • In the event of any changes, you agree to update your information as soon as possible through your profile.
  • You are solely responsible for all information entered when placing an order, including the delivery address, email address and telephone number. Any error or omission may result in a delay or failure of delivery, without our liability being incurred.
  • By confirming a purchase on our site, you automatically accept our general terms and conditions and acknowledge that you have read them.

2. Price.

  • The prices indicated on our site are in Swiss Franc (CHF) and include VAT.
  • The prices indicated on the product sheets do not include transport.
  • We may change prices without notice.

3. Delivery.

  • Your order will be shipped within 24-72 hours after payment is received.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
  • You can also find your tracking number in your personal section on our site, “orders” section if you have chosen the payment method through our partner: La Poste, Planzer or DPD.
  • Your order will be delivered to the delivery address indicated on the order.
  • We send your order by priority shipping with a tracking number.
  • Your order may be sent in several packages.
  • Shipping time is 1 (one) to 3 (three) business days.
  • ⚠️ If a parcel is returned (due to an incorrect address, refusal by the customer, or failed delivery), the order will be refunded with a flat deduction of CHF 15 to cover shipping and return costs.

4. Return policy.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, a refund service is offered:

  • You must contact us within 3 (three) days from the date of receipt by sending an email to contact@helloasia.ch . By giving us your order number and describing the reasons why you want a return. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do so.
  • Return the product in its original packaging and without having opened it. If an item has been used/opened we cannot accept returns.
  • Returned items will be checked for defects and will either be replaced or refunded if a defect is identified.
  • The refund is for the cost of the product and excludes all postage, packaging and shipping costs.
  • Refunds will generally be credited using the same payment method used for purchase.
  • We do not accept returns of fresh or frozen products.
  • Return costs will be at your expense.

5. Reimbursement.

Reimbursements will be made on a case-by-case basis and with irrefutable proof.

6. Shipping error

This can happen so here are the steps you should look at when receiving your order.

  • Check the delivered order immediately.
  • If the item does not correspond to the item ordered. You then have three (3) working days to notify us of the error.
  • In the event of a shipping error attributable to us, we will offer a compensation solution on a case-by-case basis.

7. Payment methods.

We offer the payment method below:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro).
  • Prepayment by bank transfer.
  • Paypal.
  • Twint.
  • In cash (only in our physical store).

* Your credit card number is directed to the payment servers, your payment is made directly in a secure environment without going through the helloasia.ch server , which ensures that your credit card numbers are only known to us banking partner.

8. Customer Responsibility.

The customer accepts responsibility for:

  • Bodily injury.
  • Damages and interests.
  • Punitive measures.
  • Loss of profits or revenue.
  • Loss of use of a product or equipment.
  • Loss of property that may result from the purchase, use or misuse of a product.

helloasia.ch , its owners, agents and employees cannot be held responsible for the actions of its customers.

10. Modification of our general conditions

  • We may change (update) our terms and conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page.
  • Please check this page often when using our Service.
  • We advise you to consult this privacy policy regularly to be aware of any possible modifications. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when posted on this page.
