General conditions (CVG)

Using our website and purchasing products or services on it automatically confirms that you accept our terms.

1. Account creation

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided during registration.
If any information changes, you agree to update your details promptly through your account.

You are also responsible for all information entered during checkout, including delivery address, email address and phone number.
Any error or omission may result in delays or failed delivery, without any liability on our part.

By completing a purchase, you automatically accept our Terms & Conditions and acknowledge having read them.


2. Prices

Prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT.
Prices do not include shipping costs.
They may be changed without prior notice.


3. Delivery 🚚

Your order is shipped within 24 to 72 hours after payment is received.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
A tracking number is available in your customer area when applicable (La Poste, Planzer or DPD).

Delivery time is 1 to 2 working days.
Your order may be shipped in multiple parcels.

⚠️ If a parcel is returned (wrong address, refusal, undeliverable), a flat fee of 15 CHF will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping and return costs.

Delivery with signature (+4 CHF)

For added security, you may choose the “Delivery with signature” option at checkout.
This ensures the parcel is handed over personally against signature.
It reduces the risk of loss, theft or delivery errors.

⚠️ Liability in case of loss after drop-off

Without the signature option, carriers are allowed to leave the parcel at your door or at a location they consider safe.

In that case:

  • Hello Asia is not responsible for parcels stolen, lost or damaged after drop-off.

  • No compensation or refund can be requested for any loss that occurs after the carrier marks the parcel as delivered.

The customer accepts this condition when confirming the order.


4. Return policy

If you are not satisfied, a refund is possible under the following conditions:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery: contact@helloasia.ch
    (order number + problem description).

  • Return the product in its original packaging, unopened, unused.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned.

  • Returned items are inspected:
    → If defective: replacement or refund.

  • Refund covers product price only, excluding shipping, packaging and return costs.

  • Refund issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Fresh and frozen products: not returnable.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.


5. Refunds

Refunds are evaluated case by case, with required proof.


6. Shipping errors

  • Check your order immediately upon delivery.

  • In case of an error (wrong item), you have 3 working days to notify us.

  • If the error is our responsibility, we will propose an appropriate solution.


7. Payment methods

We accept:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro)

  • Bank transfer

  • PayPal

  • Twint

  • Cash (in-store only)

  • Klarna

Card payments are processed through secure servers, independent from helloasia.ch.


8. Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

  • bodily injury

  • material damage

  • financial loss

  • loss of property

  • misuse of products

Helloasia.ch, its owners and employees are not liable for customer actions.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms at any time.
Updates take effect immediately once published on this page.
