Delivery And Return

1. Home delivery 🚚

We work with three reliable carriers in Switzerland: Swiss Post, Planzer and DPD.
The choice of carrier depends on the parcel size and your delivery address.

Delivery times

Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 3 working days.

Same-day dispatch

For any order placed before 9:00 a.m. (Monday to Friday), we dispatch the parcel the same day.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.

Fresh products

If your order contains fresh products and is placed after Thursday noon, shipment is automatically postponed to the following Monday to ensure freshness.

Additional option: Delivery with signature → +4 CHF

⚠️ Without this option, the carriers may leave the parcel at your door or usual drop-off place.
In case of theft or loss after delivery, no liability can be accepted.
The “with signature” option helps to avoid such situations.


2. Store pickup (free)

You can pick up your order free of charge in our store:

Preparation time

For any order placed before noon (Mon–Fri), your order is usually ready within 3 to 4 hours.
You will receive a confirmation by e-mail or message.

3. Returns & refunds

We aim to provide you with high-quality products.
If an item does not meet your expectations, you can request a refund in the form of store credit, under the conditions below.

1. Contact within 3 days

Send an e-mail to contact@helloasia.ch with:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

After this period, the request may be refused.

2. Returning the product

The product must be returned:

  • in its original packaging

  • unopened

  • unused

Opened or used items cannot be returned.

3. Inspection & refund

After inspection:

  • If the product is defective → replacement or refund

  • The refund covers only the product price, excluding shipping, packaging and return costs

  • Refund via the same payment method used for the original purchase

Exceptions

  • Fresh and frozen products → cannot be returned

  • Return shipping costs → at the customer’s expense
