Delivery And Return

1. Delivery.

We use the three renowned carriers in Switzerland: La Poste, Planzer, or DPD. We choose one of the three to deliver your order depending on the size of the package and the geographical location.

Delivery times are 1 to 2 working days.

For all orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday, shipping will be done the same day. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

For this delivery method, there is no minimum order.

Please note that if your order is placed after noon on Thursday and contains fresh produce, such as vegetables and fruits, your order will be shipped the following Monday to ensure the freshness of your produce.

For orders of 79.00 CHF or more, shipping is free.

For orders below 79.00 CHF, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order:

  • From 0 to 1.5 kg
    Shipping cost: 9.90 CHF
  • From 1.5 kg to 4.5 kg
    Shipping cost: 11.50 CHF
  • Above 4.5 kg
    Shipping cost: 12.00 CHF

2. Pick up in store .

You can also pick up your order directly from our store at the following address: Route de Grange 1H, 1608 Oron-le-Châtel.

For all orders placed before noon (Monday to Friday), your order will be ready for collection after 3-4 hours. We will send you a confirmation by email or phone message.

Monday: 1 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 12 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Saturday: 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday: Closed

3. Return.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, a refund service is offered:

  • You must contact us within 3 (three) days from the date of receipt by sending an email to contact@helloasia.ch . Giving us your order number and describing the reasons why you want a return. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do so.
  • Return the product in its original packaging and unopened. If an item has been used/opened, we cannot accept returns.
  • Returned items will be checked for defects and will either be replaced or refunded if a defect is identified.
  • The refund is for the cost of the product and excludes all postage, packaging and shipping costs.
  • Refunds will generally be credited using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • We do not accept returns of fresh or frozen products.
  • Return costs will be at your expense.
