1. Delivery

We use three well-known carriers in Switzerland: La Poste, Planzer, and DPD . We choose one of them to deliver your order based on the size of the package and your geographic location.

📦 Delivery times
Orders are delivered in 1 to 3 business days .

🚀 Fast shipping
For all orders placed before 9am Monday to Friday , shipping will be done the same day . You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number .

No minimum order required for this delivery method.

Exception for fresh products
If your order contains fresh produce (vegetables, fruits, etc.) and is placed after noon on Thursday , its shipment will be delayed until the following Monday to guarantee their freshness.

2. In-store pickup

You can also collect your order free of charge directly from our store at the following address:

🕒 Preparation times

  • For all orders placed before noon (Monday to Friday) , your order will be ready within 3 to 4 hours .
  • A confirmation will be sent to you by email or phone message .

3. Returns & Refunds

We are committed to providing you with quality products. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a refund in the form of credit on our website under certain conditions.

📩 1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Send an email to contact@helloasia.ch with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
    Any delay could result in a refusal of return.

📦 2. Return the product in its original, unopened and unused packaging.
👉 Opened or used items cannot be returned.

🔎 3. Control & Refund

  • Returned items will be inspected . If they are defective, they will be replaced or refunded .
  • The refund covers only the price of the product and excludes shipping, packaging and return shipping costs .
  • The refund will be made via the same payment method used during the purchase .

Exceptions:

  • Fresh and frozen products cannot be returned.
  • Return costs are your responsibility.
