Directions (Serves 2–3)

Ingredients:

• 
  200 g sweet potato glass noodles (dangmyeon)
  
• 
  150 g beef, chicken, or tofu (optional)
  
• 
  1 carrot, cut into thin strips
  
• 
  1 onion, thinly sliced
  
• 
  1 handful of spinach
  
• 
  100 g mushrooms
  
• 
  1 packet of Sempio Japchae Sauce (60 g)
  

Instructions:

1. 
   Cook the sweet potato noodles according to the package instructions (about 6–8 minutes), then drain well.
   
2. 
   Heat a little oil in a frying pan or wok and stir-fry the meat and vegetables.
   
3. 
   Add the cooked noodles.
   
4. 
   Pour in the entire packet of Sempio Japchae Sauce (60 g).
   
5. 
   Toss everything together and stir-fry for another 2–3 minutes.
   
6. 
   Serve hot, topped with toasted sesame seeds if desired.
   

Tip: For a richer flavor, drizzle a little sesame oil and add a pinch of freshly ground black pepper just before serving.
