Tofu is increasingly used and is very easy to prepare. It's an excellent alternative to meat, eggs, and dairy since it's a great source of protein. While plain tofu has no flavor, it can be seasoned to your liking and absorbs the flavors of your dishes. It can be enjoyed hot (commonly used in miso soup in Japan) or cold (in salads).

Depending on your preparations and preferences, you can cut the tofu into cubes, squares, or slices, or mash it. Then mix it with a sauce of your choice, such as soy sauce, rice vinegar, or yuzu juice. Let it marinate for a few minutes, then fry it in a pan or wok with an oil of your choice, with or without spices. Your tofu is ready to use as desired.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and sunlight. Once opened, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days. Do not freeze or microwave in its packaging.
