Tofu is increasingly used and is very easy to prepare. It's an excellent alternative to meat, eggs, and dairy since it's a great source of protein. While plain tofu has no flavor, it can be seasoned to your liking and absorbs the flavors of your dishes. It can be enjoyed hot (commonly used in miso soup in Japan) or cold (in salads).
Depending on your preparations and preferences, you can cut the tofu into cubes, squares, or slices, or mash it. Then mix it with a sauce of your choice, such as soy sauce, rice vinegar, or yuzu juice.
