Instructions for use

SWEET AND SOUR PORK OR CHICKEN (LOBO)

Create a delicious, balanced, and brilliant restaurant-quality sweet and sour dish in a few simple steps.Preparation steps:

  1. Prepare the sauce: Dissolve the contents of the sachet (30g) in 120ml of water. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Sear the meat: Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok or frying pan. Add 250g of diced meat (pork, chicken, or shrimp) and sauté until cooked.
  3. Add vegetables: Add pieces of onions, bell peppers, cucumbers, and pineapple (fresh or canned from Hello Asia). Sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Combine everything: Pour in the sauce mixture prepared in step 1. Stir continuously over high heat until the sauce thickens and evenly coats all ingredients.
  5. Serve: Enjoy immediately with Jasmine Rice.
