Product Description

The MIZKAN concentrated broth base for kimchi hot pot makes it easy to prepare Japanese-style kimchi nabe at home. The pack contains 4 individual 36 g portions, each filled with a concentrated base offering a rich, spicy flavour with notes of miso, chilli, garlic, gochujang and sesame. The convenient portioned format lets you prepare only the amount you need without having to use the entire pack at once.

To prepare one serving, simply dilute one sachet in 200 ml of water, bring the broth to the boil, then add your choice of ingredients: pork, Chinese cabbage, leek, chives, carrot, mushrooms, tofu or seafood. After a few minutes of cooking, you’ll have a hearty, spicy and comforting hot pot, perfect for a warming meal with Japanese flavours inspired by kimchi.

Instructions for use
