🍜 Tonkotsu Style Ramen

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • Ramen noodles: 1 piece
  • Ramen soup base: 3–4 tablespoons
  • Hot water: 300 ml
  • Choice of toppings: roast pork (chashu), kikurage mushroom, green onion, etc.

Preparation :

  1. Cook the noodles in boiling water.
  2. Drain them using a colander.
  3. In a bowl, add the soup base (A) and hot water, then mix well.
  4. Add the cooked noodles and your favorite toppings to the bowl.

🍲 Tonkotsu Style Udon

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • Udon noodles: 1 piece
  • Ramen soup base: 3–4 tablespoons
  • Hot water: 300 ml
  • Choice of toppings: boiled pork belly, green onion, tempura fritters, hard-boiled eggs, etc.

Preparation :

  1. Cook the udon noodles in boiling water.
  2. Drain them using a colander.
  3. In a bowl, add the soup base (A) and hot water, then mix well.
  4. Add the cooked noodles and your favorite toppings to the bowl.

👉Trick :Using bonito stock instead of hot water will give a more fragrant taste.
