Coconut milk (coconut flesh, water, emulsifier: E435), water, red curry paste 10% (dried red chilli, garlic, lemongrass, shallots, salt, galangal, SHRIMP PASTE (SHRIMP, salt), kaffir lime peel, pepper), rice bran oil, coconut sugar, FISH SAUCE (fish extract, salt), flavour enhancer: E635.

Instructions for use

Pour the red curry sauce into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add meat and simmer for about 1 minute until cooked.
Add mushrooms and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and serve hot with rice.

Serving Suggestion:
Add vegetables or meat according to your preference. Water may be added for a lighter consistency.
