Product Description

It has a synergistic effect with the umami of kombu , bonito flakes and niboshi (dried bonito). This light-colored men-tsuyu offers a typical Kansai-style flavor. The fragrance of the kombu and katsuobushi broth makes it an ideal choice for dipping sauces and kaketsuyu! It can be used in a wide variety of dishes, such as ten-tsuyu, donburi and nimono, as well as for topping dishes with a flavorful soy sauce.
