Wheat flour (gluten), rice powder, modified starch, potato starch, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, baking powder (E450, E500), flavouring, pepper extract, garlic extract, dehydrated vegetables (onion, leek), vegetable oil.

Instructions for use

In a bowl, mix 500g of pancake mix with 800ml of water. Stir to obtain a smooth batter.

Add the ingredients of your choice (leeks, kimchi, courgettes, chilies, shrimp, seafood…) cut into thin strips.

Heat a pan with a little oil. Pour in a ladleful of batter and spread evenly.

Cook over medium heat for 2–3 minutes on each side until the pancake is golden brown.

Serve hot. Delicious with soy sauce or Korean pancake sauce.
