VIET HUONG 3 Crabs Fish Sauce is made from pure fresh anchovy extract using traditional fermentation machines combined with modern production technology. This process eliminates ammonia levels (undesirable nitrogen) to a minimum while retaining amino acids (beneficial nitrogen) formed by the breakdown of proteins present in the fish.
