Use:Mix 1 litre of water and oil with 400g of rice pancake flour. Prepare the filling with lean meat, onion and chopped and sautéed black mushrooms. To cook the pancakes, pour the batter into a non-stick pan, spread thinly and cover for 15 seconds. Turn the pan over onto an oiled tray to remove the pancake.
