    Product Description

    VINH THUAN Wet Rice Paper Flour is a popular flour used to prepare traditional Vietnamese wet rice paper, made of naturally safe and nutritious rice flour and tapioca. This flour has a soft texture and a natural white color.

    Use:Mix 1 litre of water and oil with 400g of rice pancake flour. Prepare the filling with lean meat, onion and chopped and sautéed black mushrooms. To cook the pancakes, pour the batter into a non-stick pan, spread thinly and cover for 15 seconds. Turn the pan over onto an oiled tray to remove the pancake. Roll the filling into the centre of the pancake. Serve with bean sprouts, herbs, fried shallots, Vietnamese mortadella and prepared nuoc-mâm sauce.
