NISSUI Edamame is a young soybean still in its pod, often eaten as a vegetable in Asian culture. The hard pod is peeled and removed, revealing a soft, flavorful green interior. NISSUI Edamame is harvested in peak season and then flash frozen to preserve its color and freshness.

Do not refreeze if product has been thawed.
