Directions: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan, add the sachet of green curry sauce and stir-fry until fragrant. Add 250g chopped chicken, then pour in 400ml coconut milk and 100ml water. Bring to the boil, add 200g chopped vegetables and season with 1 tbsp fish sauce and 1 tbsp sugar. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Garnish with fresh basil and serve with rice.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and use within one week.
