Mode d'emploi

Dans la poêle : Ajouter 1 cuillère à soupe d'huile dans une poêle et chauffer. Ajouter le produit congelé et faire frire pendant 2 minutes. Ajouter ensuite 1 tasse d'eau (environ 60 ml) et cuire couvert pendant 2 minutes. Laisser ensuite cuire encore 1 minute, jusqu'à ce que l'eau soit évaporée.

Dans la friteuse : Faire frire environ 2 1/2 minutes à +170°C - +180°C.

Dans une casserole : Faire cuire dans de l'eau bouillante pendant environ 3 1/2 minutes.

Dans un cuiseur vapeur : Cuire à la vapeur pendant environ 5 minutes à +100°C.
