    Directions: Heat the pan and add oil. Place the cakes in the pan and simmer for about 2-3 minutes or until the underside becomes golden and crispy. Add a little water to the pan and cover with a lid, cook for another 5-7 minutes until the filling is cooked through and the shell becomes crispy. Remove the cakes from the pan and let them drain before enjoying.
