Yardlong Beans - 250g

The Asian long bean, also known as the Yardlong Bean, is a popular vegetable in Southeast Asian cuisine. Easily recognisable by its long, green and crunchy pods, it can be enjoyed both raw and cooked.

A staple of Thai cuisine, it is notably used in the famous Som Tam, the Thai green papaya salad, where it is cut into pieces and then lightly pounded together with the other ingredients.

Its crunchy texture and delicate vegetal flavour also make it an excellent ingredient for wok dishes, curries, soups and stir-fries
