Directions: Add the noodles and the dried kimchi sachet to 600ml of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Drain, leaving about 5 tablespoons of water. Add the sauce sachet and stir-fry for another 30 seconds. Turn off the heat, serve on a plate, mix well and enjoy. You can add hard-boiled eggs, meat, sausages or vegetables for a more complete meal.
