Il segreto per un autentico banchetto coreano a casa in 3 semplici passaggi

1. Preparazione degli ingredienti

Reidratazione:

Metti in ammollo i funghi shiitake secchi e le tagliatelle Dangmyeon in acqua tiepida per 20–30 minuti, finché non diventano morbidi. Una volta reidratati, strizza delicatamente i funghi per eliminare l’acqua e tagliali a pezzi (puoi incidere una croce sul cappello per un tocco estetico).

La marinatura dello chef:

Affetta finemente la carne (manzo o maiale). Marinala con 100 g di salsa Bulgogi Sempio (circa 1/3 della bottiglia) e un cucchiaio di olio di sesamo DIAMOND. Lascia riposare per 20 minuti per ottenere tenerezza e un’infusione ottimale dei sapori.

Il tofu:

Estrai delicatamente il tofu morbido dalla confezione, elimina l’acqua in eccesso e taglialo a cubetti regolari.

2. Cottura e assemblaggio

Il brodo perfetto:

Mescola il resto della salsa Sempio (200 g) con 1,5 litri di acqua (o brodo vegetale). Questa proporzione garantisce una base leggera e leggermente dolce, tipica del Bulgogi Jeongol.

Impiattamento:

In una pentola larga e poco profonda, disponi armoniosamente le tagliatelle Dangmyeon, i funghi shiitake e il tofu ai lati. Metti la carne marinata al centro.

Consiglio: puoi aggiungere cipolla, porro o bok choy fresco per arricchire il piatto.

La cottura:

Versa il brodo nella pentola e porta a ebollizione a fuoco vivo. Non appena la carne è cotta, abbassa la fiamma per mantenere il calore durante il pasto.

3. Tocco finale e degustazione

L’aroma:

Poco prima di servire, aggiungi un filo di olio di sesamo DIAMOND per esaltare i profumi tostati.

Accompagnamento:

Da gustare con una ciotola di riso bianco caldo e kimchi croccante. L’equilibrio tra la dolcezza del brodo, la consistenza elastica delle tagliatelle e la morbidezza del tofu offrirà un’esperienza gastronomica completa.

Ricorda che i funghi shiitake secchi sono molto più aromatici di quelli freschi, e che la loro acqua di ammollo (filtrata) può essere aggiunta al brodo per un sapore ancora più intenso!
