  1. Tteokbokki Rice Cakes - KOREAN STREET (200g)

    Ingredients: Rice, water, salt, acidity regulator.

    Description: The essential base of Korean street food. These rice cakes have a unique chewy and soft texture designed to absorb sauce perfectly for a rich and flavorful experience.

    Allergens: Naturally gluten-free.

  2. Tteokbokki Sauce - O'FOOD (120g)

    Ingredients: Corn syrup, water, red chili paste (Gochujang), sugar, salt, garlic, onion, yeast extract, flavor enhancer.

    Description: The secret to authentic flavor. A smooth and spicy sauce balanced with a touch of sweetness, giving your dish its signature bright red color.

  3. Japanese Ramen Noodles - ITA-SAN (200g)

  • Once opened, rice cakes should be consumed quickly or stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Instructions for use

Step 1: A perfect start (Preparation)

Quickly rinse 200g of Rice Cakes (Tteok) under cold
water to separate them and remove excess starch, then drain them.

Tip: If you have soft-boiled eggs or some fresh cabbage,
prepare them now to add finesse and balance the spiciness of the dish.

Step 2: Awakening the flavors of O'Food Signature Sauce

Pour 700ml of water into a large pan (or pot).
Add all 200g of O'Food Sauce and stir well until
it is completely dissolved.

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. As soon as the sauce simmers and releases
the intense aroma of fermented Gochujang, add the 200g of Rice Cakes.
Let them soak up the sauce and become tender for about 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 3: The alliance of Ita-San Noodles and Dongwon Seaweed

Then add the 200g of Ita-San Ramen Noodles to the
pan. Continue cooking for 3 to 4 minutes. Thanks to their characteristic firmness and
slipperiness, the Ita-San noodles will absorb the sauce to become shiny without breaking apart.

Sign of perfection: The sauce thickens and coats each noodle and each piece of rice with a vibrant red hue.

Plating
:
Serve the Rabokki
in a large bowl. Just before serving, crumble the Kimchi Flavored Seaweed
(Dongwon)
on top. Their crispy texture and the kick of Kimchi will be the final touch to awaken all your senses.
