Instructions for use

For 6 servings:

Cut 2 onions (400g), 1 carrot (150g), and 1 potato (250g) into pieces. Sauté them in a pot with about 2 tbsp of oil.
Add 660 ml of water and simmer until the vegetables are tender.
Remove the pot from the heat, add 1 sachet of Kyoto Craft curry mix (120g), and stir until completely dissolved.
Return to low heat and simmer for another 5 to 10 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
