Soubry 's Chinese egg noodles are long and thin, ideal for many Asian dishes. Quick and easy to prepare, they offer a perfect texture and hold their shape perfectly when cooked.

Their beautiful yellow color comes from the addition of eggs from free-range hens. Thanks to this addition, the noodles are stronger, don't stick together, and remain firm even after prolonged cooking.

They are perfect for wok dishes like mie goreng, and go very well with sauces and spicy ingredients.
