Usage: Boil more than 2L of water (1L for 100g of noodles). Add 200g of noodles and cook over low heat for 7-8 minutes (you can extend the cooking time up to 11 minutes to achieve the desired texture). Stir the noodles with chopsticks to loosen them during cooking. Then drain them and rinse quickly with cold water. Place the noodles in a colander to drain, then use them for cold noodle dishes or to make hot udon noodles.
