This variety of traditional soba noodles has been incorporated with green tea which gives its beautiful color and a taste close to matcha. MARUTSUNE Dry Soba noodles with matcha (2mm thick) and are widely consumed in Japan, hot or cold with a 'tsuyu sauce, composed of dashi, mirin and sweet soy sauce.
