PREPARATION GUIDE: AUTHENTIC MASSAMAN CURRYMassaman Curry is famous for its rich, sweet, and fragrant spice flavor (cinnamon, cardamom). It pairs perfectly with beef, lamb, or chicken.Preparation steps:

  1. Sauté the paste: Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil (or the thick part of a can of Coconut Milk) in a pan. Add 50g of Massaman Curry Paste and stir over medium heat until fragrant.
  2. Sear the meat: Add about 300g of diced meat. Mix well to coat the meat with the curry paste.
  3. Simmer: Pour in 250ml of Coconut Milk and 100ml of water. Add potato pieces and onions. Simmer over low heat until the meat and potatoes are tender.
  4. Season: Add a handful of roasted peanuts. Adjust the taste with a touch of Palm Sugar and Fish Sauce (or salt) if necessary.
  5. Serve: Enjoy hot with steamed Jasmine Rice.
