Directions: Thai Stir-Fried Meat with Basil Recipe: Finely chop 250 grams of meat of your choice, or you can use the same amount of ground meat, and mince 1-2 cloves of garlic. Heat a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, then add, stirring, the contents of the packet of Pad Ka Prao paste. Add 1 tablespoon of water and stir until the paste is hot.
