Directions: Thai Stir-Fried Meat with Basil Recipe: Finely chop 250 grams of meat of your choice, or you can use the same amount of ground meat, and mince 1-2 cloves of garlic. Heat a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, then add, stirring, the contents of the packet of Pad Ka Prao paste. Add 1 tablespoon of water and stir until the paste is hot. Then add the minced or shredded meat over a very high heat, stirring constantly, for 3-5 minutes until the meat is cooked through. Then stir in the minced garlic. Serve the Thai Pad Ka Prao with boiled white rice and a fried egg.
