Ashoka pani puri pellets are dry tablets that expand and become crispy after frying. They form light, hollow puri shells, perfect for making the famous Indian Golgappa at home.

The product contains only the puri before cooking. Simply fry them and then fill them with potatoes, chickpeas, chutney, or fragrant pani. Once filled and enjoyed immediately, the pani puri offer a crispy texture and authentic taste, ideal for appetizers or sharing.
