Storage: After cooking, it is recommended to store the tapioca pearls in the refrigerator to maintain their freshness.

PREPARATION OF ASSORTED TAPIOCA PEARLS

Boil:

Bring a large pot of water to a boil (use about 10 parts water to 1 part pearls).

Cook:

Add the tapioca pearls to the boiling water and stir gently to prevent them from sticking to the bottom. Wait until they float to the surface.

Simmer:

Cover and let simmer over medium heat for 15–20 minutes (depending on your desired texture).

Rest:

Turn off the heat and let the pearls sit in the hot water for another 15 minutes.

Rinse:

Drain and rinse the pearls with cold water to remove excess starch.

Sweeten:

Mix with a bit of sugar syrup or honey to keep them soft and prevent sticking.

Serve:

Add them to coconut milk, fruit desserts (Chè), or bubble tea.
