Use: Mix seasoning sachet A with 60ml of coconut milk and marinate 500g of meat for 1 hour. Then cook on the grill or in the microwave until the meat is cooked. Pour seasoning sachet B into a small saucepan, add 180ml of coconut milk and a spoonful of oil, bring to the boil then reduce the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent it from burning.
