Une alternative sans gluten à la sauce soja

Intéressante découverte avec cette sauce de coco.
Je cherchais une alternative sans gluten à la sauce soja. Le goût est pour moi assez éloigné de celle du soja mais offre une nouvelle découverte. C’est plus sucré que la classique soja et cela à su sublimer mon plat à base de crevettes.
Elle se mélange très bien avec la sauce poisson.
