Instructions for use

Couper environ 650 g de chou chinois en morceaux.

  1. Ajouter 6 g de sel, bien mélanger puis laisser reposer environ 1 heure pour faire dégorger l’eau.
  2. Rincer le chou et l’essorer soigneusement.
  3. Mélanger le chou avec 70 g de base de sauce.
  4. Bien enrober puis laisser mariner au minimum 30 minutes avant dégustation.
