Concentrated Japanese tsuyu sauce (x3), made from minrin and kombu (Hokkaido seaweed). It offers a rich and balanced umami flavor, typical of Japanese cuisine.

Versatile, it is also suitable as a base for broth or sauce for udon, gyudon (beef rice), oyakodon, boiled vegetables, tofu, eggplant or Japanese omelet.
