Instructions for use

Pour the soup into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the meat. Shake the bag well before pouring the soup into the saucepan.

When the soup boils again, reduce heat to medium and skim. Then add the tough part of the Chinese cabbage, the leek, the enoki mushrooms, and the tofu. When these ingredients are cooked, add the cabbage leaves and the Chinese chives (nira). Simmer briefly, then serve hot.
