The ingredients are perfectly seasoned to create a balanced, delicate, and naturally sweet flavor that will delight your taste buds.

Directions: Dissolve 4 bouillon cubes in 1.5L of boiling water (or better yet, in meat or bone broth). For each serving of about 150g of noodles, add minced pork, char siu, shrimp, quail eggs, heart, liver, green onions and fried garlic, then pour the broth over it. This dish is enjoyed with bean sprouts, chives, lettuce, celery, watercress, lemon, garlic and chili.
