LOBO Tom Yum Paste is a harmonious blend of flavors: the distinctive acidity marries with the spiciness and sweetness of the meat. Key ingredients include kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, galangal, onion, fresh chilies or chili paste, lemon or tamarind juice, aromatic herbs, tomatoes or achiote oil, coconut milk, chicken or pork bones, and Thai fish sauce. Unlike Vietnamese lime, kaffir lime does not make the broth bitter, but adds a unique and inimitable aroma.

Usage: Dip the sachet in hot water for 1 minute. Open it, the mixture will flow easily. Boil 480 ml of water. Pour the sachet into the water, add 200 g of dried shrimp and 100 g of shiitake mushrooms. Season with fish sauce or salt, and lemon juice to taste.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
