Use:Place the rice noodles in a saucepan with 500 ml of cold water and bring to the boil.
Cook the rice noodles for 5 to 8 minutes, then drain.
Bring an additional 500ml of water to the boil. Add the tofu and rice noodles from step 2.
Continue to cook until the noodles can be pinched with chopsticks. Then add the soup base and all the ingredient packets to the pot.
Add the peanuts and chili oil (to taste) and mix lightly. You can also add vegetables.
Enjoy the delicious Luo Ba Wang rice noodles.
Conservation:Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
