Kirimochi is a traditional Japanese rice cake made from glutinous rice ( mochi ), steamed, dried, and then cut into small, ready-to-use square blocks. Presented in a convenient 400g bag, it is suitable for both home cooks and professionals.

Instructions for use

Toast / Oven

Grill until the surface begins to brown and puff up.

(For 1000 W: approximately 3–4 minutes)

Do not open the door during cooking.

After cooking, let it rest for about 2 minutes so that the inside becomes soft.

Into the water

Dip the rice cake in the water.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let cook for about 2 minutes.

In the microwave

Place the rice cake in a heat-resistant container.

Add water until it lightly touches the product.

Cover.

(For 2 rooms at 500W: approximately 2 minutes 30 seconds)
