Developed by the Muromachi Shuzo Brewery, founded in 1688 in Okayama Prefecture, this exceptional sake is produced from Omachi rice , an ancient and rare variety, renowned for its aromatic richness and depth of flavor.

This Junmai Ginjo offers a delicate and complex taste profile, with subtle notes of peppermint , juicy pear and fresh flowers , accompanied by a light peppery touch. Its texture is soft and silky, with an elegant and lingering finish.
Serve chilled, between 10 and 15°C, to fully appreciate its subtle aromas and finesse.
