1. Heat 1 cup (175 ml) of oil and fry 3 medium onions (300 g), finely sliced, until lightly golden. Remove them from the oil and crush them.
2. In the same oil, gradually add 1 kg of meat, 1½ cups (300 g) of whisked yogurt and 1 sachet of Shan Korma Mix, previously mixed with ½ cup of water. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes.
3. Add 2 to 3 tbsp of oil, julienned ginger and ½ to 1 cup of water to make the gravy. Cover and continue cooking over low heat until the meat is tender.
4. Stir in the crushed onions (60 g). Cover and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes over low heat.

Remove excess oil before serving.
