Solo garlic – 250 g

Solo garlic, also known as single bulb garlic, single clove garlic, Chinese garlic or pearl garlic, is a type of Allium sativum (garlic). The single clove size varies from about 25 to 50 mm in diameter, with an average size of 35 to 45 mm. It has the flavour of traditional garlic, but is slightly milder and delicately flavoured. Its appearance resembles that of a small pickling onion, with a white skin and often purple streaks. Compared to regular garlic, solo garlic has the advantage of being quick and easy to peel.
