Koikuchi Shoyu dark Japanese soy sauce from the Japanese brand Shibanuma , founded in 1688, is made according to traditional Japanese know-how.

🔹 Traditionally matured in cedar wood barrels, it develops a spicy, powerful and deep flavor.
🔹 Made from soy, wheat and salt, according to the authentic Koikuchi Shoyu recipe.
🔹 Natural fermentation in traditional wooden barrels, some of which are a hundred years old.
🔹 Salty and intense taste, rich in umami, with a natural dark color.
