Ingredients (for 2–3 people)

  • Dried tofu (Tàu Hũ Ky): 300g (available on HelloAsia.ch)
  • Small king oyster mushrooms: 100g
  • Dried shiitake mushrooms: 5 pieces
  • Shimeji mushrooms: 100g
  • Spring onions: 2 stalks, finely chopped
  • Chopped lemongrass: 2 tablespoons
  • Pepper
  • Cooking oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetarian bouillon powder or MSG: 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar: a pinch
  • Toasted sesame seeds: 1/2 teaspoon

Preparation steps

1. Prepare the ingredients

  • Soak the dried tofu in warm water until softened, then wring out well.

  • Cut the dried tofu into finger-sized pieces.
