How to Make Clear Shrimp Ravioli
Prepare the stuffing:
Prepare the shrimp: cut off 1/3 of the head of the shrimp, remove the whiskers, wash... drain, then mix with minced garlic, pepper and a little salt, seasoning powder and MSG for flavor.
Cook the filling: Heat a little oil in a frying pan, add the shrimp and stir-fry for about 15 minutes until the shrimp are red and fragrant.
Prepare the dough:
Knead the dough: Mix 500 g of tapioca starch with a little salt. Make a well in the center of the flour and slowly pour in the boiling water, stirring well with a spoon. When the mixture becomes homogeneous, knead with your hands until you obtain a smooth and elastic dough.
